Caroline (Control) is a 3 stars Tactical character in Artery Gear.
Caroline is quite overlooked as well out of the 3 stars. She is the only 3 star unit that can give more than 3 turn skill cooldown reduction to any ally. This is huge as it gives most of your units 1 full skill cycle.
She is very useful in any of the bosses where you want to quickly cycle skills of your DPS to destroy them in the first 2 turns. She will also come in handy in future raid bosses, but that is not a priority for now.
