Homura Akemi (Shadow Flame) is a 5 stars Tactical character in Artery Gear.
Note: The skill chip upgrades uses the special collab one from the shop., so you cannot use regular gold chips.
Homura is a very good control type unit that can disrupt the enemy lines thanks to her S3 restrict (anti action bar increase) and her passive, which can do an AoE attack that can potentially increase the cooldown of the enemy by 1 turn. With absolute rule, enemies like Alice or any bonus turn advantages are negated.
Should the skill cooldown increase land on enemy key units, they cannot use their skill combos effectively. Add on to the fact that she can also extend her own buffs via S3 upon landing her speed down and restrict, she is a force to be reckoned with in PvP.
She is also quite useful in PvE, particularly against Iron Maiden and the Blue/Green raid bosses. With the restrict buff on, they cannot utilize any action bar increase skills.
Overall, I would say if you don't need Madoka for PvE purposes, she is worthy of a pull for a late game player looking to challenge high end PvP.
