Jeon Woo-Chi is a mischievous trickster that roams across the land flirting with every pretty girl he sees. After kidnapping a certain nine-tailed fox from the Realm of Endless Night a few centuries ago, he acquired a magical artifact that transformed him into a powerful sorcerer that granted him an unusually long lifespan while retaining his youth. This allowed Jeon Woo Chi to escape the destruction of his realm and to explore the world as a wandering traveler across Phantasia.
Nowadays he occasionally stops by Haven from time to time but never stays in one place for long. Jeon Woo-Chi mentions that he is always on the move because he is being hunted by reapers from the underworld but many of the locals suspect that it's just an excuse to escape the women he has scorned.
