OVERVIEW

Rupee is a SSR Attacker character that uses a Assault Rifle as a weapon in Nikke - Goddess of Victory.

While Rupee is a good attack buffer, she is unfortunately a bit one dimensional due to her S1 only giving crit rate buff and stack count +1 to only iron allies. If that were to apply to all allies, she would be a top tier buffer.

Her burst skill can give attack buff to all allies, but only when "Mileage" is fully stacked. That requires a bit of time to get there. Therefore, she does perform a bit better in longer battles. She does have decent AoE coverage thanks to her rocket launcher.

Overall, she is decent, but there are much better well rounded supports to use over her.
