Alice (The Time) is a 4 stars Tactical character in Artery Gear.
Alice at the moment is the best support in the game hands down. She may not be necessary for the game, but she definitely makes this game too easy.
Her best skill is easily her second skill, where she gives an ally a bonus turn and attack buff. The way her bonus turn works is that say if your Alice pushes up a unit that is at about 80% action bar before their turn, it will use Alice's bonus turn advantage first WHILE keeping the 80% action bar turn as well. So usually, if your unit is fast, it will go back to back most of the time and end up getting 2 turns instead of 1.
Because of this, she can allow any unit to cycle their skills quickly. Add on the free healer Morris, who can reduce all skill cooldown by 1. With both of them, many units can use their skill 2 and 3 all the time.
Hence a lot of folks recommend rolling for her so she can help you get to end game bosses quickly, such as doing Centaur, Harpist and Iron Maiden difficulty 9 much quicker with less gear investment, giving you an advantage over other new players.
In PvP, having her and any DPS cleaver will allow you to quickly farm lower rank PvP mode on auto safely and quickly. Her utility is just too good to pass up.
