Jessie (Ace-Knight) is a 5 stars Defense character in Artery Gear.
Jessie is a very strong PvP unit and also decent in PvE content. She is one of the strongest tanks available in the game. Her entire skillset is designed to mitigate damage for all allies and still be able to do some decent damage as a tank. Since her skill 3 cannot crit, it is better to just forgo all crit rate and damage in favor of all HP and a lot of defense.
This will beef her up to be able to take a lot of damage and still survive long enough to use her skill 3 to take out more fragile targets. Her skill 2 safeguard will give your allies full protection from single target burst damage. As the meta shifts to using more single target damage, she will shine a lot more.
As for building her, it is easy as you just need as much percentage health and flat health you can get on your gear. Added defense, some speed, accuracy and resistance is welcome as it is a bonus. For PvP, counter engine will give her a turn if she takes a lot of damage. Otherwise, speed set is also good for her.
