Kyoko Sakura (Red Lance) is a 5 stars Defense character in Artery Gear.

Kyoko is a very good damage mitigation unit and is comparable to Jessie. While Jessie has more offensive capabilities, Kyoko thrive in the defense side and provides strong buffs that mitigate critical damage and also soaking up majority of the damage from the enemies via damage sharing.
While she can restore some of her own health on skill 1, it is not much unless she is built with some damage.
Therefore, it is much better to focus on either being a full tank rather than being a DPS. A bruiser build with some offensive stats is also viable since her base stats are decent and allows her to be built with health, defense and some attack, crit rate and crit damage.
