Pavonis (Brilliant Pavo) is a 5 stars Tactical character in Artery Gear.
Pavonis is a very strong debuffer who has a very loaded skill 3. It can burn, inflict anti-heal and dispel a buff on all enemies. She does very well in a burn oriented team with Suriel and Goya etc. As long as there is a burn stack on the enemy, Pavonis will utilize her passive to use an AoE attack that increases her own action bar and has an additional chance to land a burn stack.
If she is very fast, she can pretty much lap the enemy multiple times before they can do anything, making her insanely broken in PvE. Her skill 1 also can inflict burn. If you need a strong green unit/debuffer, she is a good unit to have.
While she may not have the biggest burst damage, she can deal a lot of damage over time.
