Quinn (StrikeFalcon) is a 5 stars Tactical character in Artery Gear.
Quinn is a strong support that can also be used as a cleaver. Her best skill is definitely her skill 2, which grants speed and attack buff while granting herself a greater speed buff. This allows her to cycle her skill faster. She will need to to keep her almost permanent buffs up if she has well over 230 speed.
Her skill 3 has decent utility besides AoE damage as it can push the enemy action bar back as well. She will require some accuracy if you want her to land those. Otherwise, if she is a pure buffer for your team, it is not necessary to have it.
Since she hits all units, she works really well against Octopus by buffing the team and dealing AoE damage, thus avoiding the counter attacks. She is also decent in Centaur and Harpist teams as well. Heck, you can even use her in Iron Maiden as well, although she may not survive there if you built her as a DPS.
In PvP, she can either be a fast buffer with damage or a slower version that can survive cleave and start the counter attack with the counter engine set.
Overall, she is very versatile and used in many areas in the game, making her a very well rounded unit to have.
