Reisalin Stout (Alchemist) is a 5 stars Assault character in Artery Gear.
Ryza is inspired by Epic 7's Seaside Bellona. Their kit is similar, with the only difference being that Ryza is a red unit. This makes her an incredibly potent unit for PvE and to a certain degree in PvP.
One of Ryza's strong points is her ability to deal damage without taking a turn. Since she gains 20 (30 with unique equipment) energy when an ally or her gets hit, she can counter attack after your team take 4-5 hits. This usually means she will use her skill 2 passive whenever an enemy uses an AoE attack. Her passive also shares damage with an ally from position 1 (ideally a tank or a sacrificial unit), so she can be built like a standard DPS, but won't be as squishy.
Her passive skill now opens up a new playstyle that allows you to build bruiser or tanky teams that can soak up damage and deal damage over time.
Her skill 3 can apply anti-heal and buff block, which is great in both PvE and PvP. Keep in mind that if you are using Ginga, she is a great addition to the squad to improve Ginga's damage further. With her skill 1 having mark debuff, she can help setup potentially 4 very useful debuffs (anti-heal, buff block, follow up with defense break and mark). Add that to Ginga's 3 shock and you have a 7 debuff bonus damage on a defense broken unit. It will allow you to setup the Centaur 9 one shot team.
When it comes to harder content against tough bosses, having a wall team could also work with her being the sole DPS against non blue units. Any tanks or Healers like Acacia, Hearin, Winnie, Morris can soak up damage while keeping themselves safe will allow your team to survive more attacks.
As for PvP, she could potentially stop cleave teams as she will counter attack at least once per battle, which could foil your opponent cleaves alongside bruiser units such as Della or Hearin.
Overall, if you need an AoE attacker, she is definitely a top choice. Also, keep in mind that she hasn't gotten a return banner yet, so it will be a while before we see her again...
Note: For her unique equipment upgrades, it uses the special Alchemical General Stabilizer instead of the Polymeric Cubes that you farm from the event. The same goes for their skill chips as well. It is the special ones you get from the event shop to upgrade their skills.
