Xiao Yin (Azure Dragon) is a 4 stars Flow Fighter esper in Dislyte.
Xiao Yin can really do some big damage when geared correctly. The thing is his skill 3 scales very well with debuffers. Think about Lin Xiao and Lu Yi, who can both apply many debuff stacks on bosses with their skill 3. Having 5 debuffs will give 125% bonus damage. Quite good. However, it requires good setup, so that can be unreliable at times.
His skill 2 usually will be his starter attack since it will grant him stealth after that. This allows him to not get targeted and stay safe from big damage attacks. Do keep in mind AoE attacks still hurt him though. Skill 3 is a finishing move and will give him stealth again if enemy is killed.
