Leon (Vali) is a 3 stars Flow Fighter esper in Dislyte.
Leon is a budget single target attacker that needs good relics to perform at a good level. He needs accuracy to land his debuffs and he also needs high crit damage to deal good damage. It is hard to gear him early on as you will need to sacrifice accuracy for raw damage first. He is a budget crit rate leader early on if you need more crit rate to cap at 100%.
He does have very low health, so he is squishy and can be easily taken out compared to most DPS. He will need a good supporting cast to keep him healthy. 100% crit rate is not necessary as his skill 3 has 100% crit if enemy has a debuff. It will free up some slots for more defenses if you choose to gear him for some survivability.
In the late game, once you can get good crit damage gear, he can be part of the Kronos speed run team.
