Crow is a SSR Defender character that uses a Sub Machine Gun as a weapon in Nikke - Goddess of Victory.
Crow is not your typical DPS unit where she requires protection to stay alive. Due to her defense buff on S2 passive, she can take more hits for a short duration. However, her damage suffers as she does not have any attack buff abilities, hence requiring another buffer to improve her attack.
Her S1 passive is very useful though, as it reduces the attack of enemies during the full burst phase. This acts as damage mitigation as it suits her defender role.
Her burst skill just does damage and not much else. She lacks utility compared to other defenders who generally offer other things like taunt, shield or some sort of damage mitigation. Due to that, she is not rated highly as other defenders. Also, as a burst 3 type unit, she is also competing for a spot with other pure DPS units, which limits how the team is built.
She might have some use in later game modes or stages, but as of now, she is less useful in early/mid game.
