OVERVIEW

Noah is a SSR Defender character that uses a Rocket Launcher as a weapon in Nikke - Goddess of Victory.

Noah is a more defensive tank that can help allies with some damage mitigation while being able to nullify a lot of incoming damage.

Her S1 passive requires her to be attacked to activate, which means the damage mitigation is not always consistent. Her S2 passive can taunt and apply attack down for a short duration. This is useful in keeping enemies off your DPS units. This is very consistent throughout battle after every charge.

Her burst skill protects the entire team with a big defense buff and invincibility for a short duration. The best thing is that there is a taunt that keeps your allies safe while she uses it. That will be enough distraction to make sure your DPS won't be targeted.

Do keep in mind that Rocket Launchers needs charging and require a bit of aiming if played manually. The other downside is that her S1 passive has a low chance to activate, making it quite unreliable and also a bit RNG at times.
