OVERVIEW

Vesti is a SSR Attacker character that uses a Rocket Launcher as a weapon in Nikke - Goddess of Victory.

While she does have good AoE coverage, rocket launchers can be quite clunky to use, especially on manual.

She relies a lot on stacking her buffs to boost her damage, so generally she will do better in longer battles. The issue is her burst skill has a long cooldown, so she doesn't put out as much damage over time compared to other DPS units.
