1. New Character
1.1 SSR Biscuit
Who let the dogs out? That’s right, man’s best friend Biscuit is bounding over!
Biscuit provides flexible support that adjusts according to the class of her allies. She is also the first Nikke capable of rebuilding cover.
When an ally Defender’s HP drops below a certain amount, Biscuit will not only administer first aid, but will also grant temporary invincibility, thereby increasing their chance for survival. As for Attackers and Supporters, Biscuit can grant them various buffs like increasing Critical Rate or restoring HP, bolstering their offensive and defensive capabilities.
Biscuit is a powerful Nikke who pairs well with multiple classes of Nikkes. Sending her out on the battlefield is guaranteed to produce some amazing interactions.

* How to obtain: Lobby → Recruit → Special Recruit
* Recruit Rules:
① You can use Gems (Free/Paid) or Advanced Recruit Vouchers to recruit in Special Recruit (Ordinary Recruit Vouchers cannot be used).
② There is a 4% chance of acquiring SSR Nikkes in Special Recruit and a 2% chance of acquiring SSR Biscuit.
③ You can get Gold Mileage Tickets when recruiting in Special Recruit.
④ You can exchange 200 Gold Mileage Tickets for Biscuit in the Mileage Shop.
⑤ When Special Recruit ends, unused Gold Mileage Tickets will not disappear.
⑥ In the version update after Special Recruit ends, Biscuit will be available in Ordinary Recruit, Social Point Recruit, and from Mold items (unavailable in New Commander Special Recruit and Ordinary Recruit (Tutorial)).

3.1 New Story Event: BOW-WOW PARADISE
* Event duration: From the end of March 15, 2023 maintenance to 4:59:59 March 29, 2023 (UTC+9)
Oops! Mass of dogs have escaped from their shelter! Biscuit is going to take them all back!
Players can enter the BOW-WOW PARADISE event page and complete stages to win event items, which can be used to exchange various rewards such as Recruit Vouchers and skill enhancement materials in the event shop.
3.2 7-Day Login Event
* Event duration: From the end of March 15, 2023 maintenance to 4:59:59 March 29, 2023 (UTC+9)
Log in at any 7 days during the event and get rewards. Get Recruit Vouchers and development materials when you log in for 7 days straight.
4. New Commodities
4.1 New character packages will be available after the March 15, 2023 maintenance.
